        This is the internet home of The Online Association of The Association for HealthCare Documentation Integrity. Our motto is "Bridging Boundaries," and that's exactly what this cyber-association of AHDI is all about!  The internet has made it possible for medical transcriptionists from around the country and around the world  to work together for the benefit of our profession, and AHDI is proud to offer this resource as a means to facilitate this effort. We hope you'll consider joining us in considering new ways to Bridge Boundaries!

        Membership in the Online Association is open to members in good standing of the Association for HealthCare Documentation Integrity (AHDI).  For more information on how to join AHDI, including fees for each category of membership, please visit the AHDI website.

Our Mission

        OA-AHDI exists to bridge time, geographic, social, and technological barriers for the promotion of and pursuit of excellence in medical transcription. We strive to fill the gap for those without the ability for local involvement, to complement and promote local involvement, and to provide high quality educational experiences.
